The job of a police officer is not easy. Dealing with different types of crimes on a daily basis can be quite stressful for anyone and for a police officer, it can be quite hectic as he or she might feel the immense pressure of the duties. It is the duty of the police officers to stay away from all type of bias, serving equally to the whole community. Problem solving strategies are a part of community policing approach which allows the police officials to find the roots of a problem and work on that matter to provide possible solutions to the problem.
